Jesus didn’t just say "be nice"—He gave us a command to love like He does. His love was different: He washed His friends’ dirty feet, forgave people who hurt Him, and gave His life for everyone—even those who didn’t love Him back. This is the love He wants us to share with every single person in our lives—even the ones we find hard to like.
Lord Jesus, You showed us what love really is. Today, help me love like You do. Let me see the people around me the way You see them—as precious and worth caring for. Give me courage to love even when it’s hard, and to show Your love in big ways and small. In Your name, amen.
